Artist Statement
My work begins with a creative spirit, a warm heart, and an openness to every possibility—an outlook that has grown into an undeniable, lifelong passion for the arts.
I’m drawn to the quiet textures of everyday life: weathered surfaces, natural materials, and the subtle shifts within a neutral palette. These are the details most people pass by. My layered, tactile pieces are an invitation to slow down and look more closely—to find depth in what first appears understated.
That sensibility lives most fully in my Sand & Storm series, one of my signature collections. Drawn from the most elemental forces we live among—the sand and the sea—Sand & Storm was created to make you feel what nature itself provokes: the balance of calm and wild, the way the ocean can hold both peace and turbulence in the same breath. Collectors are drawn to my work because it is serene, balanced, and deeply emotional.
My pieces have found homes well beyond the studio. They are placed in Starbucks and held in private collections through Acquisitions of Fine Art, with select works featured at Serena & Lily in Lincoln Park, Chicago. My art has also been collected internationally, acquired by Whitaker Art Consulting for a project in Paris, France. My work has been represented in Architectural Digest, Modern Luxury Interiors, Modern Luxury CS, and Luxe Interiors.
